How does your billing service work?

We retrieve your source documents (daysheets/superbills) either by personal pickup or scanned images. From that point, we handle the entire billing process. We file your claims, do all insurance follow-up, appeals, and correspondence, post all payments, send patient statements, handle patient billing inquiries, and coordinate patient collections. Your payments come directly to you, and we get copies of EOB's and patient checks. It's that simple!

I have an EMR system. Can I continue to use my EMR if I use your services?

Absolutely! Our billing system is compatible with any EMR system that provides data in the HL7 format. If you are looking for an EMR system, call us! We can show you several EMR systems that are compatible with our system, and save you the cost of the billing module that you would normally have to purchase as part of the system.

Will we have to change our office procedures in order to accommodate a billing service?

The source documents that we require from you are the ones you are already requesting from your patients at sign in. There are several ways you can get this information to us, all of which are very simple and require very little, if any, change in the way you are doing things now.

Why not buy my own computer system and software and do my own billing?

Not only can billing software be very expensive, but having billing software does not solve the problems many offices experience: poorly trained staff and a high staff turnover, poor insurance follow-up, excessive payroll expenses, and poor cash flow. You will always have the option of accessing your patient data, viewing/editing patient demographics and insurance information, and running your own reports.
